Fire up the Quattro! Lox help drive Loros campaign with a touch of Ashes to Ashes 80's glamour
Published by admin on Tue, 2010-04-13 17:07Lox Hair Design whent back in time with an 80’s themed charity day that included the iconic Audi Quattro from cult TV series Ashes to Ashes.
The day was held in aid of the Leicester Loros Hospice appeal, which has been running since last November. The appeal was launched to help raise the £450, 000 needed to renovate the charity’s Leicestershire and Rutland Hospice.

Owner of Lox Hair Design, 20 year old Graeme Donnelly said “We are all very excited to host the 80’s day at Lox The Loros appeal is a fantastic cause and we want to do all we can to help raise the necessary funds.
everyone was encouraging to take a ride in the Quattro and help do their part for the charity.”
The Audi Quattro is the exact replica of the famous red ride, driven by Gene Hunt in the programme. It is the only replica available to hire in the UK. Leicester band The Heroes also made an appearance, providing live entertainment at the salon.
Lox Hair Design will also present an 80’s fashion show at the Loros 25th Anniversary Ball next month, Raffle tickets sold at the the 80’s Day event gave everyone a chance to win two VIP seats at the 25th Anniversary Ball.
Marisa Spiteri, the Corporate Fundraiser for Loros said “Lox Hair Design have gone to great lengths to help raise the money for our hospice. We are very grateful for all the help we have received.
Lox Hair Design’s 80’s day took place on Thursday 8th April.
