Celebrates 10th anniversary merger

Wilson Browne’s Leicester office celebrated 10 years as part of the firm in August marking the anniversary of its merger with Holyoak & Co who had offices in Leicester with four partners.

Partners Paul Richards and Christopher Smith joined Wilson Browne from Holyoak & Co when the two firms merged and are currently still based at the Leicester Office, whilst Andrew Bergman later relocated to the firms’ Kettering Office and the other one has since retired.

Guests from across the business community in Leicestershire and the surrounding counties enjoyed an evening of socialising and celebrating with drinks and nibbles at their fingertips.

“We always thought that the Holyoak merger was a good fit with Wilson Browne” says Partner member of the Board of Management Danka Neuborn. “The two firms have worked well together and although it is nice to look back and celebrate this milestone, at the same time it is as though we have always been together!”
