Mike said: “It was a great to announce the arrival of the new business surrounded by Tigers players who know what it takes to win. I’ll take great inspiration from them.” Mike has been joined by two former colleagues: practice manager Lyndsay Jordan; and new fee-earning recruit, senior associate Kay Greig. Kay worked with Mike at both Freeth Cartwright and HBJ Gateley Wareing, while Lyndsay was at Howes Percival after working with Mike at HBJ Gateley Wareing.

Cummins’ clients include business employers from across the country, with many based in Leicestershire and the East Midlands.

Mike said: “As an expert on employment law, I feel the time is right for there to be a niche legal practice focused on this compl icated area for employers. Our expertisemeans we are 100 per cent focused on helping employers manage workforces.”
