Village butcher wins national bacon award, search for the nation's favourite bacon

Village butcher wins national bacon awardWe at the La Vie distribution team feel that we have found this favourite bacon right here on our doorstep!! It is just like the taste we had in the 60's when bacon actually tasted of bacon. Sustenance for the troops came in the form of bacon butties and the team are now fully fledged 'Baconites' however, mums now have a new shop to go to to feed the urge, as once eaten never forgotten! When you visit ask for a sausage sample which we at La Vie rave about, they are the tastiest we have ever found. But back to the bacon though, tasting really is believing, this time you will really be bringing home (the proper) bacon!!

For many people, there is nothing quite like the taste of your favourite premium bacon, served between two slices of soft thickly sliced bread. The humble bacon buttie is undoubtedly one of the few things that most of us would leap out of bed for in the morning.
