Rosie May Memorial Ball Held at Belvoir Castle

Mary and Graham Storrie's 10 year old daughter, Rosie May, was murdered on the 30th December 2003 at a Christmas party in Normanton, nr Bottesford. In her memory they have founded a registered UK charity and one of their projects is a home built in Sri Lanka for girls orphaned by the Asian tsunami in 2004. This was inspired after they witnessed the death and destruction of the tsunami whilst in SE Asia with their family the year following Rosie May's murder. This living legacy continues to give their lives focus and ensures their little girl is never forgotten.

Rosie May Memorial Ball Held at Belvoir Castle
The glittering ball on the Belvoir Castle Estate was attended by 400 guests including family and friends. The evening helped raise money for the Rosie May Memorial Fund to support the Rosie May Home now in it’s 5th year. The ball was also to commemorate Rosie May’s 21st birthday and the 10th Anniversary of the charity. A big thank you to all who attended.
