Success for Leicestershire Charity Fundraisers at Langley Priory R.A.B.I

Thanks to the support of local firms AR Demolition, Barclays bank and Brown and Co. (Melton Mowbray), the Leicestershire branch of the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (R.A.B.I. ) hosted a Summer party at Langley Priory, Diseworth, which raised over £3,000 to support local farming families in need.

The event was hosted by Tim and Teri-Lee Wagstaff who kindly opened their garden gates to allow R.A.B.I. supporters to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Langley Priory on a dry Summers evening. The event included food and drink, lawn games and a jazz band serenaded guests whilst they whiled away the evening. An auction and raffle took place with lots including an opera trip to London, a horse and carriage ride and a flight in a light aircraft.
