Open Morning at Loughborough Endowed Schools
Parents and carers in the East Midlands who are considering an independent education for their children are invited to attend Loughborough Endowed Schools’ Open Morning with their families on Saturday 3rd October.
Our Lady’s Convent School, which joined the Foundation on 1st September, will join Loughborough Grammar School, Loughborough High School and Fairfield Preparatory School in welcoming prospective families to meet pupils and staff, tour the superb facilities and find out about the huge range of opportunities available to pupils aged from 3-18.
Loughborough Endowed Schools operates an extensive bus network across the region. The senior schools offer academic and music scholarships, and fee assistance is available to help bright local children access an Endowed Schools education.
Marketing Manager Ellie Parry said: “We always look forward to welcoming families into school. Many visit because their child is approaching primary school, secondary school or sixth form age, but it is possible for boys and girls to join us at almost any point in their school life. Open Day is a great opportunity for families to get a feel for the schools and find out about everything from entrance procedures to extra-curricular activities.”
Fairfield will open its brand new Kindergarten for three year olds in January 2016. It will be housed in a state-of-the-art new school building which is approaching completion.
The opening times for the four schools are:
Fairfield Preparatory School (co-educational, age 3-11) – 9:00am until 12:30pm
Loughborough Grammar School (boys, day and boarding, age 10-18) – 9:00am until 12:30pm
Loughborough High School (girls, age 11-18) – 9:00am until 12:30pm
