A total of £4000 has been raised for Midlands based charities, Cure Leukaemia and the Stephen Staunton Foundation. The funds were raised at the Birmingham Sports Awards held last year, through a number of fundraising activities that took place throughout the evening.
Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust supporters have raised over £4,250 for the Wild Lives at Rutland Water Appeal, by travelling a total of almost 2,000 miles in just one day.
