Equestrian A-listers William and Pippa Funnell are the stars of British Riding Clubs National Equine Forum at Hartpury College on Sunday 22 November.
The popular couple will be giving a lecture demonstration which will include putting Riding Club members and their horses through their paces.
In addition, Gillian Higgins will explain the inner workings of the horse’s muscle and bone structure with her fascinating Horses Inside Out demonstration. Dressage to Music expert and long standing BRC member Sara Green provides a ‘How To’ for anyone that’s ever wondered how to get started in this discipline.
Visitors will see practical demonstrations from Wahl Clippers, shoeing in action and advice from Equilibrium products on leg protection for your horse. Natural Animal Feeds will be on hand to discuss supplements and nutrition. The British Horse Society bookshop will be on-site for all your equestrian Christmas gifts.
The event will be opened by BHS President, Desi Dillingham and British Riding Clubs members will have the opportunity to chat to members of its national executive committee about the Riding Club movement.

Headway Leicester, a local charity supporting people with acquired brain injuries celebrated their recent Big Lottery Fund grant in style with an afternoon tea party at Headway House, their base in Evington. The charity’s President, Dr. Laurence Howard OBE JP, Lord Lieutenant of Rutland, joined the staff, clients, volunteers and friends to toast the award of £146,295.
A young team of Golfers, aged 15-18 years won the 4th Annual LOROS Golf Tournament held at Rothley Park Golf Club on 30th April, 2010. The team were named “FORE DAWN” in memory of the Aunt of one of the players. They were sponsored to play, raising £1,000, and Luke Atkins (team member) won the Men’s Longest Drive.
