Lobster in Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients (Serves 4):

1 medium sized lobster
olive oil
1/2 wine glass lemon juice
1 tsp rosemary
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 glass water
salt and pepper

Lobster in Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Rosemary
Method:

Boil lobster at high temperature in salted water for 25-40 minutes. When done take out lobster, remove the shell and cut into chunks. Into a large frying pan add the water, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to warm and stir. Add the chunks of lobster and cook for 8 minutes occasionally turning. Add the rosemary. When done, remove the lobster from the pan and keep warm in a large dish. Pour the sauce - the contents of the frying pan - in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Pour the contents of the blender over the lobster chunks.
