Pupils at Leicester Grammar Senior and Junior schools are now enjoying their new and thoroughly modern surroundings in Great Glen. The £33 million project has created the finest new independent school in the country and has brought together the two schools on one site for the first time.

Things are not so great for village Post Offices and shops at the moment but Graham & Sue Parkinson at Great Glen Post Office are refusing to give in and fade away. Instead they have thrown everything into their business hoping to prove that village shops can survive and thrive.
