St James's Place Present Rainbows With £25,000 Donation
Wealth management firm, St James’s Place presented Rainbows with a cheque for a staggering £25,000 following the business’ fund raising efforts at their annual charity dinner that took place last year.
The event was organised by East Midlands based brand agency, Champions (UK) plc, who worked with the firm to ensure that the glamorous ‘big band’ themed charity ball, held at the King Power Stadium in Leicester. The evening saw guests entertained by sensational soul singer, Andy Abraham and enjoy a range of fund raising activities.
The wealth management firm raises large amounts of money for the charities they support every year as part of the St James's Place Foundation, the charitable branch of the national firm.
The money was presented to Rainbows, a Loughborough based hospice charity with a dedicated facility for children and young people with life limiting and life threatening illnesses. The charity relies on the generous donations of the public to continue their vital work.
The cheque was presented to Rainbows by David Carter and Steve Parker-Brown on behalf of St James’s Place on Friday 22nd February 2013.
